Any inaccurate or withheld information may affect pricing, timelines, or may result in termination of services.

All client information shared with G. Murphy Painting, Inc—including contact details, property information, and project specifications—will be kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery, in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. Payments & Financial Terms
Project estimates provided by G. Murphy Painting, Inc must be approved before work begins.
Clients agree to comply with payment schedules outlined in the service agreement. Deposits may be required depending on project size, and the remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
All payments must comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
5. G. Murphy Painting’s Role
G. Murphy Painting, Inc is responsible for delivering painting and related services as agreed.
However, the company is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or conditions outside our control (e.g., water leaks, mold, termites, weather delays).
Our role is limited to providing contracted services using professional industry standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
G. Murphy Painting, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service use, delays, or external factors.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. Termination of Services
G. Murphy Painting, Inc reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, obstructs work, or fails to meet payment obligations.
Termination may occur without prior notice, and deposits or payments already made may be forfeited.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
G. Murphy Painting, Inc may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
